The room is fully furnished, including linens if required. Bed is a double, and there's a full sized closet and an inbuilt storage in the room.
Lounge and kitchen are shared, as is the toilet and bathroom. The flat is on the 3rd floor of a walk-up building.
You will be sharing with a wonderful woman, who's also a close friend. She's very easy to live with, enjoys the company of others and cozy nights in. Looking for the right person to take over the room. The only reason I'm leaving is because I've decided to move overseas next year.
There is currently 6 months remaining on the master lease, expiring June 18, 2026. Rent is £950, bills and council tax is £180 per month. Bond is £800. You will need meet residency, income or garentor requirements for the lease.
