Bright double room in Finsbury Park

Bedroom comes furnished with double bed, wardrobe and shelves. Other furniture in the pictures can be discussed.

Flat is on a quiet road, roughly 4 minute walk to Finsbury Park, 7 minutes to Finsbury Park station and 10 minutes walk to Clissold Park. Lots of good public transport links nearby with tubes and overground that get you into central London in 15 minutes.

It’s a three bed, two bathroom flat with a kitchen / living room space. Bills included except for the cleaner every other week which is £16 and water bill every 6 months which varies between £80 – 120.

The tenancy agreement will renew at the end of March and is due to go up by £50 for the whole flat so rent will only go up by approx £20.

Room is available from early to mid December, date TBC.

You’ll be living with Niamh, 29, Civil Servant and Andrew, 40, Primary School Teacher. Both are very friendly and happy to chill on the weekdays and watch some Netflix if they are around.

Looking for someone who’s friendly, respectable and tidy. They’ll need to be in full time employment. You can wfh as there is space for a desk in the bedroom.
