Double room available for female flats mate

Hello! My flat mate is sadly moving out of our 2 bed flat in Finsbury Park. I’m looking for a female flat mate ideally 30 plus.

I’m 42 and a freelance makeup artist from Glasgow. My work is all over London so like to chill at home at night. I like going to the gym, cooking/baking, socialising with friends - all the usual stuff! I’ve always lived with people that like to hang out occasionally watching trashy tv and movies together.

The bedroom doesn’t really have space for a desk so it probably wouldn’t suit someone who works from home all the time. We have a dining table in the living room which could be used to work from home for a day or two a week but if I’m not working I would be kicking about the flat as well.

We have a balcony but annoyingly there is scaffolding on the building for the next year due to repairs.

There is a car park. You’d need to pay for a permit which is about £140 a year (I think)

The flat is about a 12min walk to Finsbury Park station and the same to Manor House house. Crouch hill station is about 15mins away.

Bills are approximately £185 pp.
