The Room
This large double-size room has bright windows, a beautiful glass walk-in shower ensuite and a large fitted wardrobe. The room comes unfurnished; but the current tenant is open to selling some items (bed frame & matress, side table, armchair, chest of drawers) if wanted. Rent is £1,338 per month excluding bills (which are about £130/mth). Ideally moving in 25/26 April, but there is flexibility to early May.

The Other Flatmates
You'll be sharing with Isabella, a psychotherapist and epic cook and Buffy, a Staffie/Bully mix and very good girl. Both housemates are friendly, relaxed and sociable. We enjoy a peaceful home, respect each others space and often go chase a ball around Clissold Park. We keep things quiet after 11pm.

The Area
The flat in North London has excellent connections between Finsbury Park and Clissold Park. Our street is quiet and a short walk to many cafes, restaurants, gyms, and cultural things to do, too. Finsbury Park and Clissold Park offer beautiful green spaces on the doorstep. Trendy Stoke Newington is next door to the East, Cool Crouch End to the North, and Dalston and Hackney are convenient distances away. Finsbury Park is excellently connected with the fast Victoria and Piccadilly Line, commute to central London from the door in under 30 minutes.

The Home
This ground-floor flat has a spacious terrace at the back of the house, surrounded by large trees. There is a very big open-plan, high-spec kitchen with a dining table. The kitchen has a gas hob, an inbuilt large fridge freezer, a washing machine, an oven, storage, and all the appliances you’ll need. We also have high speed Internet.
