Lovely flat on a quiet residential road on Finsbury Park, while still close to amenities.

Available for short-term let from 21 January to 21 April 2026. We can be somewhat flexible with dates, so do let us know if your details are slightly different to the dates advertised and we'll do our best to accommodate you (though will prioritise those interested in the whole period).

The flat:
Beautiful and spacious flat in a Victorian period conversion. It has a large living room, great for entertaining with a lovely large dining table. Modest bedroom, bathroom, and small kitchen, though made up for with fantastic location.

We're looking for someone clean and respectful that will look after our home while we are away.

The area:
Very green and leafy area on a lovely residential road with no through road, so minimal traffic. You are a stone's throw away from lovely pubs (The W B Yeats), bakeries (Jolene, Common Ground).

Finsbury Park station is a 7-8 minute walk away, with connections to Central London (c. 5 minutes to Kings Cross), Victoria Line, Picadilly Line, and National Rail.

Other Stuff:
The price includes water, internet, gas, and electricity (regular usage).
