Double Bedroom in Finsbury Park

We’re looking for a new housemates to join our lovely 4-bed home from January 2026!

A current housemate is moving on (heading abroad travelling)so we’re hoping to find friendly, easy-going person to take their places.

We’re a sociable but relaxed household of working professionals who’ve lived here for three years. We get along really well and would love to find people who’ll enjoy the same atmosphere: friendly, clean, tidy, and respectful, but also up for a pint or house meal together.

We’re not a party house, but we do like hanging out, watching a game, or heading to the pub when everyone’s free. Equally, we respect each other’s space and appreciate a bit of quiet time during the working week.

What We’re Looking For:

Working professionals preferred

Friendly and considerate

Happy to muck in with the usual house bits — cleaning, bills, etc.

Keen to be part of a relaxed, sociable home

The House:

Spacious 4-bed with 2 bathrooms + additional WC

Shared living area and kitchen. Depending on space, we can accommodate for certain common area items.

Bills: Broadband, Water, Electricity, Council Tax.

Bills come up to £175 roughly per month, per person.

The Rooms:

Each available room comes furnished with a bed, chest of drawers, and clothes rack (unfurnished options available if preferred).

We're looking to organise viewings from the 24th of November onwards for a Jan 8th 2026 move-in date.
