My tenancy is expiring on the 28th of November and my housemate is emigrating. It's been such a brilliant flat that I'm reluctant to let it go, so I'm looking for someone to sign a 12 month extension with me. Please note you'll therefore likely need to pass referencing, proof of income etc.
