The flat is on the top floor of a detached house with a garden in a calm area between Finsbury Park, Clissold Park and Arsenal, all within 10 minutes walk. The area has many cute coffee shops, restaurants, and local grocery stores.
The flat has 2 double bedrooms, a living room with a dining area, separate kitchen, and a shared bathroom with a bath tub. All newly furnished.
We are looking for someone to stay for 3-4 months from mid-December 2025 until end of March 2026.
Rent is £1250 plus bills £180-250 depending on energy usage.
We prefer someone who doesn’t work from home daily, who can keep the flat and room clean, who is friendly and kind.
