One bedroom available for sublet in Finsbury Park

The sublet is from the end of December 2025 to 10th April 2026 as my current flatmate is going travelling!

The flat: The room comes furnished with king sized bed, set of drawers, chair, and there is a wardrobe built in. Lamps/ shelves/ mirror/ bedside table optional. The living room has plenty of communal space - dining table and comfy settees to hang out.
It has loads of natural light, high ceilings so it’s very spacious and airy, a separate kitchen (with washing machine and dishwasher!) and bathroom with bath/shower.

A bit about me: I’m 22 and have just started a job in Aerospace! I’m ideally looking for a girl around my age who wants to make this into a nice, social home and not just a place to sleep. I've always lived with friends and enjoy pub trips, nights out, workout classes and finding new coffee spots! I love to have people round/ host dinner parties and would love for you to join/ do so too! I usually work from home 2-3 days a week but can be quite flexible with this.

Location: N4 postcode - very well connected: 5 minute walk from Crouch Hill Overground and 15 minute walk to Finsbury Park station. Close to a Tesco, Lidl and Sainsbury's. Stroud Green road with loads of restaurants, pubs and shops is also right on our doorstep! The flat is also just beneath the beautiful Parkland Walk.

Rent: £935 per month (this is subsidised so my current flatmate can keep some of her furniture around the room and flat)

Bills : £165 per month

Would ideally like someone in the room/ paying rent from 22nd December, 29th at the latest with the contract terminating on the 10th April 2026.

Admin bits: Sadly can't accept pet. The flat is on the first floor of the building with no lift (stairs only) and has access to a basement (good for storing bikes/ suitcases etc!!)
