We’ve got two lovely double rooms in a spacious Victorian house between Harringay Green Lanes and Manor House.
Some flexible with which rooms people want so advertising both!

Big open-plan living/dining room with plenty of space to WFH.
Fully equipped kitchen (incl. dishwasher), 2 bathrooms + utility room with washing machine & tumble dryer.
There’s also a gorgeous garden with veg beds – any interest in gardening / sustainable living is a big plus. 🌱

📍 Location & Transport

* Manor House tube – ~10 mins walk
* Harringay Green Lanes Overground – 5–10 mins
* Buses: 29 / 141 / 341 close by
* Finsbury Park is one street over (walks, runs, picnics) and Finsbury Park station is ~15 mins through the park / 10 mins by bus
* Arena Shopping Park (5 mins) – Sainsbury’s, Aldi, Poundland, Superdrug, The Gym

👯 Current Household (5 bed)
LGBT, 4 women (she/her) in our mid–late 20s (looking for two more people- FLINTA pref.) Some flexibilty on room preferences so advertising all. Professionals, not a party house but we’re definitely up for a laugh and the odd good time.

* Interest in gardening / veggies / more sustainable living = big plus 🌿
* Professionals preferred, 25 and over
