We are looking for a friendly, relaxed housemate to join our queer creative household.
Independent yet homely housemate who wants to share the communal space, have a laugh and sometimes water the vegetable garden lol.

Although some of us have different work schedules, we are looking for someone who wants a warm home rather than just a house, who wants to build close relationships with their housemates, enjoy dinners, contribute to the cleaning rota and the occasional party, bbq or night out together.

Vibes wise we’re left wing, Queer, Anti-racist, Sex positive. + We have a cat!

Our housemate is moving abroad so we’re looking for a replacement on our current tenancy with the room being available from end of July.

Huge (Massive) double room £900 pcm
Bills as average considering winter £140 pcm
Fully equipped kitchen , 2 bathrooms + utility room with washing machine & tumble dryer.
There’s also a gorgeous garden with veg beds – backs onto new river canal
Great transport connections! 6 minute walk to Piccadilly Line (manor house) + walking distance to two over grounds and buses
