Description
We are looking for a housemate to occupy the 4th bedroom in our house from January 2026.
We're a group of friends and have lived in the property for almost 2 years. Unfortunately one of the group is leaving us to live with their partner, and as we like the property and the location so much, we'd love to replace him.
We're all working professionals and are looking for someone in a similar position. We like to think we're pretty easy going, we're just looking for somebody who can slot in, pay their rent and bills on time and hopefully form part of a cohesive household.
Whether you're reserved or chatty, we don't mind, we just want to maintain a chilled and friendly vibe in the house we've enjoyed so far.
We like to go out/socialise and we have many shared interests like sport and music. But as mentioned, we are all working and we'd be looking for someone who can maintain a healthy balance between work and play.
Finally, we're looking for someone who can exercise basic hygiene, (if you do your washing up and help with cleaning communal ares, we should get along ok!).
Bills including broadband are shared equally.
