*Context to the situation: the landlord wants to sell the house, so there might be viewings in the new year, we have a set contract until august and then it’s on a rolling basis if she manages to sell (and then there’s a 2 month notice period) just want to be transparent about the situation so please only message if you’re comfortable with this
