🌳 Join Our Friendly Finsbury Park Community!
We're a warm, supportive 5-person household in a relaxed Victorian flat on Oakfield Road, North London, seeking 2 short-term flatmates (2-3 months, longer possible). Vegetarian vibes with optional shared meals, garden hangs, and mindful living. No smoking indoors, no pets.
🛌 Rooms Available: Garden Room (£200/wk incl. bills, avail. 8 Dec 2025): Medium double with garden access, built-in wardrobes, double ottoman bed. Low natural light, some kitchen noise from above. We're considerate of each other and are early to bed early to wake household. Most the furniture stays (all personal items removed). 5 wks advance, then weekly (always 4 wks ahead), 2 wks notice. Flexible though.
🛌 Front Room (£175/wk incl. bills, avail. 8th Dec 2025: Small basement double, with double ottoman bed, front-facing some afternoon sun, newish carpet/paint, alcove. All personal items removed. Same payment/notice terms.
NB longer term members will need to pay a formal protected deposit.
🏡 Home Highlights, bright kitchen (Vitamix, washer/dryer), cosy living room with 3m projector, 2 baths, lush garden/balcony. Optional food sharing, all help with chores, house meets. Meat OK in balcony airfryer (no fridge storage for meat, but other options available). Older house: layer up for heat, we use hot water bottles and radiators occasionally. House us reasonably clean, but if you are OCD clean, it's not a good fit.
5 min walk to Harringay station,15-min walk to Finsbury Park.

👨🔧 Michael (62): Our wise Irish-Buddhist plumber, ex-chef, and unofficial DIY guru. The longest standing member of the house and a grounding presence.
🎪 Equador (40): A full time entertainer specialising in bubbles and magic. Big on creativity, astral projection, supplements, and vibrant curiosities. Expect odd props, surprise experiments, and frequent home cinema vibes.
📽️Léo (42): Videographer and activist, likes wielding a camera at protests, running, dancing and Muay Thai.
