Small double bed room in Cosy Flat

My flatmate is moving out in January and I’m looking for someone to rent with for ideally a year! The flat is semi furnished - the room will come with a bed and a wardrobe. The living room already has a TV and table and chairs and I will be staying so I’ve got furnishings for the living room.

Looking for a young professional who enjoys socialising and cosy nights in. It’s a small flat so it’s important to keep on top of the cleaning etc, but there’s also less to clean!

I train athletics 2 nights a week and mainly work 5 days a week in the office. For one weekend a month I’m usually in Bristol with my boyfriend, and he visits me in London one weekend a month. I enjoy pub trips to watch sports, music, gigs and reading. Very up for flatmate pub trips/ cute nights in where we watch a film or play games.

Council Tax Band D, current monthly bills (inc wifi, electric, council tax) come to £200 each.
