Description
Hi there! ☺️
I’m looking for a tenant to take over my lease (January/February 2025 to end of Sept 2026, and likely beyond) for a double bedroom in our beautiful shared flat, located between Finsbury Park and Crouch Hill. I’ve been living here with my two wonderful female flatmates, Emma and Emily, since last October, but will be leaving my room in January to move in with my partner and to a more convenient location because of my job in Stevenage. The flat is bright, clean and super well-kept/recently renovated. We’re a sociable flat, and love to catch up over dinner, hang out, or do the occasional Parkrun together. However, as the flat is spread across three floors, it also offers plenty of privacy and space for each bedroom.
💰Costs
The monthly fixed costs for the room are £1,065 for rent, £52 pp for water, internet and electricity, and £55 pp for council tax . Additionally, there is a deposit of £1,269 pp.
🌻 A little bit more about your potential future flatmates
Emma (29) is a South African working at an economics consultancy in Holborn. She moved to London two years ago and loves travelling, try new cuisines, and gym classes nearby.
Emily (27) works in beauty buying and is originally from the south coast of the UK but moved up to London 3 years ago. She loves her football, going for runs or a coffee & a walk. Of an evening you’ll find her having a girly night in or at the pub with friends!
👀 Who are we looking for?
- 25-35 years old / no undergrad students
- Someone clean and tidy, who is respectful of shared spaces
- Sadly no pets
ℹ️Some other essentials
Please note that you need to go through a referencing process to be approved by the landlord and letting agency. If you do not hold a UK passport, you will be required to provide a UK-based guarantor.
As the flat is unfurnished (except for beds and sofa), we collectively purchased all new furniture (e. g., wardrobes, cupboards, tables, bar stools etc) in the flat in October. I’m therefore looking for a new tenant who would be willing to take over and reimburse me for part of the cost of the purchased furniture, amounting to £250 (breakdown can be provided).
Sounds like this is what you are looking for? Then send us a quick introduction about yourself - what you do, how you like to spend your free time, and what you are looking for in a shared flat & flatmates.
