I’m moving abroad and looking for someone to take over my room in a two-bed flat in Tollington Park.

The flat is in a well located gated apartment complex, with plenty of cafés, shops and restaurants nearby in Finsbury Park, Crouch Hill, Seven Sisters and Holloway Road. Travel connections are good, with under 30 minutes to Farringdon, Barbican and central areas. Finsbury Park station is less than a 15-minute walk away.

Room and contract
• Rent £975 plus bills
• Bills approx £150 per month
• Contract transfer from 6 February
• Contract runs until 6 September, with the option to extend

Flatmate
You’ll be living with Lili, 27, who works as a paralegal at a human rights firm. In her free time she enjoys seeing friends and taking dance and aerial classes.

We’re looking for a considerate, clean and easygoing flatmate who is independent but also open to a friendly flat dynamic.

Requirements
Young professionals only.
Students cannot be accepted due to agency checks.
