We have a single room available immediately in a homely flat, perfect for a 25+ professional who loves to keep place clean and tidy. We have a cleaning rotation, if you like the idea, please join us. This is your home rather than a place to sleep.

Your flatmates are 30+ male (Scientist/ Musician; low key with a sense of humour) & 70+ female (retired professor in Social/Gender Studies from Taiwan, interested in music, film, art and nature. She is the live-in landlord). We like to share food and ideas in the kitchen when we are cooking. We do fix a date to eat together, presenting our best skills of cooking. We are LGBT+ friendly and Eco-concerned household.

The Room: Facing rear garden with a lot of sunshine in the summer, and a well sealed window to keep the chilly wind away. The room is furnished with one double bed, bedside table, small 3 layers cabinet, built-in wardrobe, curtain, mirror (see the photo). A study table would be provided if request(see an extra photo). The room is newly painted, very bright.

The Flat & Shared Spaces: You'll be sharing this bright and clean room with two flatemates. We respect personal space and move quietly up and down the stairs — you might not even hear when someone leaves the flat.

Tesco, Lidl, Sansbury, M&S Food Hall are in walking distance.

Rent & Bills: The monthly rent for this single room is £875 per month. Bills are shared not included in the rent. However, we estimate that bills (covering electricity, gas, water. We have a super-speedy broadband £5.35 per month. The council tax is about £74 per month) come to around £110-130 per person per month, helping you budget effectively. Deposit is required, one month rent.
