Also surrounded by lots of green space, such as Finsbury Park and its reservoirs. Not far from Hampstead Heath.

Not a party house or place to have people around all the time sorry we all work hard and we see home as a home.
Hybrid working welcome but not looking for people that are mainly working from home.
Price of the room is £920 pcm (there is a possibility it will be lowered as we are currently negotiating with the landlord to bring the rent down because of a recent hike, but still in process so this is the current price) plus bills (atm around £150 including council tax, internet, gas, electricity, water and cleaner twice a month ).
