Double room w. ensuite in Finsbury Park

Hey everyone! We have a room going in our lovely Finsbury Park home, available Feb 5.

Location: Quiet residential street between Finsbury and Clissold Parks. 10 minute walk to Finsbury Park station, well connected with Victoria line, Piccadilly line, national rail and buses.

The room: Bright furnished room with an ensuite bathroom (toilet and shower), sky light, and balcony. Additional furniture available to buy.

The house: The flat is in a house of four flats, we are at the top of one flight of stairs. There’s a balcony, large open plan kitchen and lounge, and two other bedrooms.

The flatmates: 1 single and a couple

Bella: 28y, works in PR and communications for a small agency. Loves music, food/wine, the local coffee scene and anything creative/crafty!

Grace and Sam: 30 & 31y, Love travelling, pubs, film and comedy.

We’re all fairly busy but love catching up when we can, when we’re all home in the evenings there’s usually a debrief of the day/watching something on the tele. We’re all pretty chill about having friends round here and there, but just noting this isn’t a party flat and we are keen to keep the energy relatively calm and wholesome. We like the odd pub/footy mish together, and want to keep the flat social and easygoing!
