Double Room in Spacious Flat and Great Location!

We are looking for someone to replace our flatmate who is leaving to move in with their partner. The available room is a double room and it will be available for 4 months (February 5th to June 5th).
The flat is lovely and super spacious, with a big living room and big comfy sofa, a clean and modern bathroom, a very good kitchen and a green garden with trees!

The flat's location is excellent, we are a 5-7min walk from Manor House Tube Station and a 10-13 min walk from Finsbury Park Tube Station.
We are a couple minutes walk from Blackstock Road which has many cute restaurants, pubs, cafes, wine bar etc. We are also 3 min walk away from Finsbury Park itself and a 15-20 min walk from Clissold Park which is really lovely.
The Climbing Castle is also very close by, and Stoke Newington is less than 30 min walk away (full of cute shops, pubs and coffee shops).

You will be living with me (Adriana) and Kacper. We are both very friendly and welcoming and we get on very well. The atmosphere in the flat is very relaxed and warm, we have a cleaning rota so the flat stays clean and we are very respectful of one another.
I work for a charity in criminal justice and Kacper works in tech, we both work in person everyday.

The price of the room for the size of the flat and its location is a real bargain!
