Ensuite Room in Crouch Hill - ideal for couple

We have a big sunny top floor room available from 31st January, in our beautiful house in Crouch Hill area. The room has its own toilet and shower, and useful storage areas. The price of the room includes bills, and is available for couples and singles.

The house has a large kitchen with two sinks, a double oven, two washing machines and fridges, so plenty of space for everyone! There is also a big comfy living room which gets lots of light on sunny days, and a lovely garden.

In the house currently, we have five girls and two guys, ages between 29 and 41. It's a real mix of people working different hours, working from home and so on. Everyone is friendly, fun and sociable and we enjoy doing things together when we can, (pub, parkrun, cooking, walks, art & crafts) but also, everyone has their own busy lives and interests, so we aren't all tripping over each other all the time :D

The house is a 5 minute bus ride or 15 minute walk to Finsbury Park Station, which has really good transport links to Central London, and... two Lidl's! Crouch Hill Overground is also a 10 minute walk. We live easy walking distance to both Crouch End and Stroud Green Road, which are super lovely for coffee places, little shops, yoga studios and nice pubs. The house is also very close to Parkland Walk, ideal for those who like running!
