Hey everyone!

Our flatmate is moving out after 2 years so we are looking for someone to join us! The tenancy is currently on a rolling monthly contract. Current flatmates looking to stay in the flat for another year or so :) ideally looking for someone who wants to stay for atleast 6 months.

About the room and flat:
A double bed (with 2 storage draws), 2x wardrobes, chest of draws and bedside drawer (fairy lights also included - if you would like!).
We live super close to lidl and a little Tesco (30 seconds), and 5-10 min walk from a big Tesco. There are also lots of pubs and takeaway options which are very close. We are less than a minute from Finsbury Park station which has the Victoria and Piccadilly lines.

There is a shared bathroom (between you and two of the tenants) and a kitchen / lounge / dining area. We have access to a rooftop which is great for tanning & outdoor parties in the summer but we are also one minute from Finsbury Park if you need some green space.

Rent is £628 - plus bills this comes to around £760 per month.
The deposit is £593.

The move in date is the 31st of Jan.
