Double room in Finsbury Park flat (3 month sublet)

Hey there!

I have a double room available to sub-let for 3 months in a friendly flat in Finsbury Park. My current flatmate has just bought his own place nearby so I’m looking for someone to fill the room until the end of the tenancy.

The room is a double and comes furnished with a bed, mattress, wardrobe and chest of drawers. The bed can be moved horizontally against the back wall to make space for a desk if you work from home.

The flat is 2 bedroom first floor flat with 1 bathroom, a large living space, and fully-equipped kitchen. We’re in a fantastic location with great transport links - less than a 5 minute walk from Finsbury Park station which is on the Victoria & Piccadilly lines, National Rail links, and heaps of buses. There’s loads of supermarkets nearby, great parks (Clissold Park is a favourite of mine 🌱) and some brilliant pubs. I’ve lived in Finsbury Park for a total of 5 years and love it!

You’d be living with me (Leah). I’m 30, work in the Charity Sector, love pub trips, travel, cooking, running and hiking. I like to keep the flat clean and tidy, and am keen to find someone who wants to make the flat feel like home and is up for the occasional night in with a glass of wine or two, or pub trip. 🍷🥂😌

Rent is £887.50 a month. We’ll require 2 months of rent paid in advance. Bills generally come to around £80-100 a month - it can be the higher end during cold snaps!

The room is available from 19th January (the move in date can be sooner if needed) until 12th April. I’m looking for someone who can commit to staying the full 3 months.
