We're looking for someone to rent our lovely double room while we're away travelling from October for 3–5 months.
You'll be sharing the flat with our amazing female flatmate, who has lived here for some time. She's friendly, respectful, easy-going, and keeps the flat feeling like a real home rather than a busy house share.
The room is fully furnished and ready to move in. The flat is in a great location, just a 10-minute walk to Finsbury Park and Manor House stations, with excellent transport links. All bills are included in the rent, so there are no extra costs to worry about.
The flat has 1 bathroom and a separate WC, making it convenient for sharing.
We're looking for a tidy, considerate woman (ideally aged 25–45) who is working or studying and would enjoy living in a calm, friendly home.
