£800 double room available in Finsbury Park

Hello! I’m sadly moving out of the U. K. at the end of January and looking for someone to fill my room!

About us:
We are a group of six friends (one couple) living in Finsbury Park. I’m 25 and work in international development, Renee is 25 and works in sales, Jon is 25 and is a technologist, Jake is 27 and a videographer, Ellie is 26 and a history teacher, and Charlotte is 26 and works in clinical research.

Everyone is super friendly and clean, and love getting together a couple times a week for dinner or drink/pub quiz. Some of us also enjoy farmer’s market runs and doing workout classes together. Charlotte, Renee, Jake and Jon work from home a couple times a week so there’s always someone around. I moved in a year and a half ago and have become good friends with everyone, so it’s great if you’re keen to be friends as well as housemates. We also have downtime to do our own things, so it’s balanced. I love them all and am going to miss them!!

About your room:
The room is on the second floor of the house facing out onto Stroud Green Road. It gets a lot of natural light (great if you love plants!) and is very airy. The room is also the warmest in the house - a big bonus this time of year!
Rent is £800 per month; bills excluding water are around £86 per month (including biweekly cleaner), excluding water
Deposit is £970
The room initially came unfurnished, but I am happy to sell everything to you:)

About the house:
It is a spacious five bedroom house on Stroud Green Road. It’s been recently refurbished so everything is modern in new. The house is also spread out over three floors so everyone has plenty of space! The house has:
Five double bedrooms
Kitchen (with lots of natural light and plants). There are two hobs and two ovens, which means there’s always enough space for people to cook or bake :)
Living room
Two bathrooms
An outside hallway for laundry racks, etc.
Storage space for bikes

About the location:
Our house is on Stroud Green Road- a bustling and lively part of Finsbury Park. There’s loads of cafes, restaurants, pubs, and shops nearby. The house really well connected:
5 minute walk from Finsbury Park tube station (great for commuting via Victoria and Piccadilly lines, also National Rail access)
5 minute walk from big Tesco, M&S, Lidl, and Sainsburys
5 minute walk to the Parkland walk
15 minutes from Crouch Hill station
25 minute walk to Clissold Park/Stoke Newington

The house is also under a 10 minute walk to Blackstock Road (one my personal favourites) with tons of Arsenal pubs, restaurants, cafes, and bookshops.
