Hi hi :)

A little bit about us: it will be 4 women between 25 and 28 (and a dachshund) living in the flat. All of us are working (mainly hybrid) and moved to London around 1 to 3 years ago. We like hanging out together, but also doing our own thing. The dog is my roommates but freely moves around the downstairs living room/kitchen area.

Our new contract for a year started in August. So, you would be finishing out my part of the lease for 6 months with the potential to renew in summer. (My visa is ending, so I have to move out.) The available bedroom is upstairs and gets a nice amount of light. The house has some storage space that you’re welcome to share in. It’s 1180 pcm and bills come out to around 110-150 depending on season and heating bill (and includes a cleaner once a month). We’re about 5 mins from Finsbury park station and shops are also super close. (Our agency would probs prefer smn with a job, but if not they do have the option to pay a couple months in advance, I think)
