We’re looking for someone to fill a room in this sociable house-share as our current housemate is moving back home to Scotland.
About the house:
Large flat set over three floors in lovely Victorian terrace right by the parkland walk and Finsbury Park. The property is set over the first floor, second floor and attic, with a roof terrace, large living room (with a shared desk that can be used for working from home) and large kitchen dining area.
The kitchen is fully kitted out with 6 ring hob, dishwasher, microwave and all the usual amenities. The living room has plenty of communal storage space and comfy sofas for chilled nights in.
The house is fully furnished.
The house is well-connected, a 5-10 minute walk to Finsbury Park station, with Victoria and Piccadilly lines, Thameslink and National Rail. There are also plenty of buses and lots of great places locally too - from classic pubs to lovely restaurants and cafes.
About the room:
The room is a small double bedroom, with two wardrobes just outside of the room with plenty of storage space. It has a big window, letting in lots of light, and comes partly furnished, with the bed and bedside table. The chest of drawers was bought by the current flatmate but can be included if you'd like.
About us:
You'll be sharing with Keziah, Sarah and Libby, a group of friends, who all met through Spareroom and have now lived together for a number of years. We’re between 29-33 years old, all young professionals working full time in finance, PR and healthcare, spending most of the week in the office but the occasional day working from home.
We socialise, from meals at local restaurants, Sunday afternoons in the pub to chilled nights in with a glass of wine, but all have lived in London for a number of years and have lives of our own too. Interests include playing tag rugby, netball and yoga, as well as plenty of eating out and trips away!
We're a friendly and welcoming bunch and the house is our home, and we are looking for a new housemate to join us.
