Sublet Small Studio Flat Near Stokey

Hi hi, I'm subletting my small studio flat nestled in between Clissold Park and Finsbury Park, just on the edge of Stokey. Rent is £850 pcm including all bills, which is less than what I'm paying because I want to find the right person.

It has a small kitchenette where you can cook simple meals and a seperate bathroom next to the room. It comes with a sofa bed which is easy to convert into a bed - it's okay to sleep on but of course not as comfy as an Emma mattress :). I'm moving out so you will have enough space for your own things. There's also a shared basement where you can put a suitcase or some boxes.

Just be aware that it's a very small studio (London is shit like that!), but the location is amazing and it's clean and recently refurbished. It's good for people who are out and about most of the time. The other tenants in the building are all super friendly and helpful which makes it feel like a really safe home.

You can move in from the 19th of January. Both move in and move out dates are flexible (especially move out) as is the exact duration (min. 3 weeks).
