Room available in a great 3-bed flat opposite Finsbury Park

Available on the 25th of February but can also have a fair bit of flexibility before that date

I am moving out in February to move in with some close friends of mine but will sadly be giving up this great room. Another flatmate is moving out in January under similar circumstances and is being replaced by a new flatmate Rahul, leaving John as the long standing tenant of the flat. THE FLAT

The flat is a good community. We all cook for each other once a week and keep food essentials (like milk, pasta etc) communal. We are looking for other likeminded individuals who'd want to keep this vibe going.

The flat itself is in a great location, opposite Finsbury Park, 20 metres from Manor House station (Piccadilly Line) and one stop from the Victoria Line in Finsbury Park.

There’s a 24-hour news agency and co-op within 50 metres, and several large supermarkets and 2 gyms within 10 min walk.

Hi! I'm John, 27, been living in London for coming up to 2 years now. I'd describe myself as introverted but I do enjoy a trip to the pub or a good music event. My hobbies include music production (I'm a big fan of electronic music), surfing, swimming, reading and staying fit. I currently work as a Pricing Analyst in The City.
