Large Ensuite Room - Overlooking Finsbury Park

The largest room in the flat, with its own en-suite bathroom, is available from 1st Feb.

The flat is directly opposite Finsbury Park, with open park views from the living room and large balcony. It is also only a 10 minute walk to the delightful Clissold Park leading onto Stoke Newington. Transport links are excellent: Manor House (Piccadilly line) a 4 minute walk and Finsbury Park (Victoria line and Thameslink) a 12 min walk. There are plenty of grocery shops, cafés, pubs, and restaurants just minutes away.

You’ll be sharing with **Faouzi (31)** and **Jeremy (27)**. We’re both into good coffee and food, keeping active (running and other fitness), gigs, and socialising. The flat is friendly and social — we hang out, organise dinners, and go for pub drinks from time to time. We’re always up for a chat, so this would suit someone looking for more than just a room and who wants to feel at home.

We like to keep the flat clean and tidy, especially shared spaces, and expect everyone to be considerate and leave things as they found them.
