We’re looking for someone chill, tidy, and respectful to sublet a double room in Finsbury Park for 1–2 months.

We are open to shorter lets, but this would require adjusting the room price for daily or weekly lets.

The room comes furnished with a double bed and a wardrobe.

You’ll be sharing the flat with two girls and one guy – we’re friendly, easygoing, and like to keep the place clean and relaxed.

The flat includes:
• A large kitchen with a dining table
• One spacious bathroom + an extra WC
• A large back garden

Location:
• 7 minutes walk to Finsbury Park station (Victoria/Piccadilly lines + National Rail)
• Close to supermarkets (Lidl, Tesco, Sainsbury’s)
• Plenty of pubs, cafés, and restaurants nearby

This would suit a working professional looking for a comfortable and peaceful home.
