Sunny room available in north London!

Heyhey, my flatmate is moving out of London so there is a spare room going in Stroud Green/Finsbury Park. We live in a very cosy area of London- close to lots of parks, pubs and transport options.

You’ll be sharing with me (Grace) and Stephano. We met doing our Master’s at King’s College and are great friends.

Sadly we have no lounge room but the room available is 20square meters so there’s plenty of space and as a flat we socialise in the kitchen or at the cafe/pub downstairs. We’re looking for someone to move in at the end of Jan. here’s a bit about your potential new roommates and the flat!

Bills: usually £150

Transport links within a 15 min walk: Crouch Hill overground, Harringay station, Finsbury Park, and multiple bus routes.

Your future housemates!
Grace: always at the ladies pond and cycling around north London with a book in hand. Loves to bake (normally there’s a sweet treat for the house most weeks) and chat, and works in education.

Stephano: a software engineer who loves musicals, video games and eating panatone all year round (?). Also plays baseball at Finsbury park so there’s often flat outings to go watch.

This is a very chill house !!!
