Hi everyone! I’m looking for someone to sublet my room in a lovely flat in Finsbury Park from 7th February to 25th February — perfect if you’re between places, new to London, here for work, or just need a comfortable short stay.

✨ The room: Fully furnished, bright and comfortable. Double bed, storage space, and room to relax. My clothes will remain stored in the cupboard, but you’ll have full use of the hanging rack for your own items. Clean, well-kept and ready to move straight in

🏠 The flat: Shared flat with two friendly Aussie girls (24 & 25). One works from home 2–3 days a week. Relaxed, social but respectful home vibe. Fully equipped kitchen and living space. Washing machine and all essentials included

📍 Location: Finsbury Park. 4-minute walk to Crouch Hill Overground. Around a 10-minute walk to Finsbury Park station (Victoria & Piccadilly lines).High street just 2 minutes away with lots of supermarkets and everything you need day-to-day. Surrounded by great local spots — The Robin and The Plimsoll are fan-favourite pubs nearby 🍻Easy access into Central London, King’s Cross, Soho, and all airports.

💰 Rent: £495 total for the full stay — including all bills

I’m ideally looking for someone reliable, clean, and respectful who can move in from the 7th. This is a short window and will go quickly.
