Double room in spacious Finsbury Park flat

We’re looking for one flatmate to fill a spare double room in our spacious Finsbury Park flat.

While it’s pretty cosy, the room is really nice and airy with wooden floodboards, a high ceiling and lots of light through a big south-facing window. It has room for a desk, and wardrobe but also comes with the option of additional storage space on the landing (pictured). There’s a shared bathroom and kitchen, as well as a massive living area and dining room. We also have a pretty big garden.

The flat is in a lovely area, near lots of popular pubs, shops, restaurants. Lots of nearby green spaces, with the flat directly next to Parkland Walk and 5 minutes from Finsbury Park. Good transport links with Finsbury Park (13 min walk) or Crouch End (5 min walk) stations nearby.

We are both 29, male, and work in the civil service (a mix of working from home and the office). In our free time we are into going to the pub, gym, gigs, cinema, football, cooking, reading, theatre etc.

We’re a sociable and relaxed house, and often spend evenings chilling in the living room or cooking dinner. We’re looking for someone like-minded who is happy to hang out but also do their own thing.
