We’re looking for a new flatmate for a cosy small double room in our recently renovated flat on Stroud Green Road (N4) just 10 minutes from Finsbury Park station, available from 20th February. It’s a genuinely lovely place to live and a proper home. Rent will be £795pm, bills not included.

The flat is shared with a couple who have their own en-suite, and one other flatmate, so you’d share a bathroom with just one person. We’re an easygoing, sociable household (25-27) — happy to chat, cook together, go out for drinks or stay in — but we also really value a calm, relaxed atmosphere at home where everyone has their own space. Cleanliness is non-negotiable, and the flat is kept in great shape.

The room is a cosy small double bedroom (unfurnished apart from bed with built-in storage).

The flat is renovated, modern and well maintained throughout. It is quiet, comfortable and well-suited to working life.

The room is going at a great value of £795 per month.

Stroud Green Road location with great cafés, pubs and shops nearby as well. There are excellent transport links, with Finsbury Park and Crouch Hill Overground station within easy reach.

Bills roughly £100 a month including council tax!

We’re ideally looking for someone friendly, respectful and tidy who wants a proper home and will fit well with the household. Current occupants are aged 25–27, and we’re hoping to find someone similar in mindset.

The let is subject to referencing and minimum income requirements!

Full-time job preferred; not suitable for a full-time remote worker.
