There are 2 rooms to let at the top of my house in Digby Crescent. It is a band F property. One large sunny room at the front is £650 a month. The smaller room at the back is £500 and there is a small Kitchen for the sole use of the two lodgers. At present the bigger room is a living room and the smaller one is a bedroom, so it would suit a couple, or a couple of friends who wouldn't mind sharing a bedroom. The bathroom is shared with me and my grandson.
