We are looking for a wonderful housemate or a couple for a beautiful 6 bed house in N4, from the 9th March.

Location:
The house is located seconds away from the beautiful Finsbury Park which houses tennis courts, tracks, nature reserve, skatepark and a cafe.
Shopping wise we have an Aldi, Sainsbury’s, McDonald’s, Gregg’s, Superdrug, The Gym and Homebase two minutes round the corner as well as a friendly local two doors down.
Manor House station (picadilly line) is a quick 8 minute walk away, with one stop to Finsbury Park (Victoria line) both very quick journeys into central london.

About us:
The current house mates are made up of 2 couples and 3 single tenants, 3 females 4 males - all from various backgrounds, places and ages but all get along swimmingly (we were all once strangers too). Some of us like to cook together on a weekly basis and sometimes get the BBQ out when the weather permits.
The house is huge so it honestly doesn’t feel like there’s many people in the house.

The house:
The house is clean, bright and modern with a shower & sink in each bedroom and has a garden too. The kitchen has 3 sinks, 3 cookers, a dish washer and washing machine.

Room:
All rooms are suitable for double occupancy.
Room is open to students and professionals.

* Room 5 is located upstairs towards the back of the house with an ensuite and large private balcony, which gets the sun from the morning through till around 7pm which is AMAZING in the summer! The toilet is shared with 2 other rooms but is kept very clean.

The room will be £1,153.00 per month

Bills are not included however, these are split per room to keep things simple at around £90pp.

What we need from you:

Tenant Application Form – attached

If the tenant is employed / financially supporting themselves:

Last three months’ payslips
Last three months’ bank statements showing salary deposits
Employer reference (see note below)
Copy of employment contract (if available)
If affordability is not met, we may request savings account statements or a guarantor.

If the tenant is a student or not currently working:

Parent’s Guarantee Form – attached
University/college enrolment letter
Proof of student finance or maintenance loan (if applicable)
Copy of student ID
Proof of address (e. g. recent bank statement or utility bill)
Last three months’ payslips
Last three months’ bank statements showing sufficient funds to support the application
Proof of Identity and Right to Rent:

Copy of passport (original to be checked in person)
If not a British national, a Share Code or BRP will be required
References (two required):

One from a previous landlord
One from an employer
