This room is spacious, easily fitting a king sized bed and two bedside tables. It features a built in and spacious wardrobe, plus a chest of drawers. The room is offered unfurnished.
The location:
Our place is only a short ~10 minute walk to Finsbury Park station which is incredibly well connected (tube, national rail, bus etc.). Finsbury has some amazing wine bars, cafes, pubs and parks & you’re only minutes away from Highbury & Islington too. Finsbury Park station has all the grocery stores you need but are also 2 mins from a Tesco express which is super convenient.
You’ll be living with:
Me (28) from Australia. I’m a young professional that moved to London earlier last year. I’m social and love having a chat/wine but equally understand how to respect space and privacy. In my spare time, I’m seeing friends, exploring London and travelling a bunch.
Who you are:
Looking for another young professional, ideally 24-35. You’ll need to go on the lease for this property so would require you to be currently employed to pass reference checks.
