One Double Bedroom in Finsbury Park

Hello!

We are looking to fill one furnished double room in our three-bedroom flat in Finsbury Park.

The flat is located a block from the Finsbury Park tube station, close to lots of good pubs, restaurants, cafes, and green spaces. The room comes partially furnished with a double bed and a desk (though a different desk than the one in the photos!). The kitchen and the living room are already furnished as well. There is a terrace that we’re really excited to clean up and enjoy this spring.

We current tenants are two masters students in our late 20s who moved to London in September. Anna (28) is studying curation at SOAS; she is originally from Chicago, a visual artist, music / dancing enthusiast, and a very good cook. I (Naomi, 27) am studying critical theory at KCL. I moved here from NYC but grew up in Iowa. I like cycling unreasonable distances, going to see movies and then complaining about them, and books of all sorts.

The two of us have become good friends but we also have our own busy lives and know when to give each other space. We’re hoping to find a third flatmate with whom we can get on, share meals and pints from time to time, and generally build a comfortable home. Good communication and cleanliness are obviously ideal : )

Students are preferable seeing as we are not currently paying council tax. Bills come out to about £60 a month. The current lease expires September, and we’re hoping to find someone who wants to stay till then. Both Anna and I are occasional smokers (but we don’t smoke indoors), and we like to burn incense and candles in the flat, so if you’re scent sensitive please be aware of that!
