Double Bedroom 1 Min from Finsbury Park Station

Hi!

I’m looking for a lovely new flatmate to join me in my two-bedroom flat, literally less than 1 minute from Finsbury Park Station (Victoria & Piccadilly lines, National Rail and buses right on the doorstep – it’s incredibly well connected!).

The flat is in a beautiful, newly-built complex and feels modern, bright and very comfortable with a wonderful view overlooking Alexandra Palace. There’s a spacious shared living room and kitchen, perfect for cooking, relaxing and making the space feel like home. I have my own bathroom, so the main, big bathroom would be exclusively yours (see the pictures).

A little about me: I’m a working HR professional, and I’m usually in the office 3 to 4 days a week. I enjoy spending time out with friends, doing sports and making the most of London, but I also really value cosy evenings in with a book. I like to keep the flat clean and calm, it’s important to me that it feels like a peaceful, welcoming space rather than just somewhere to sleep.

I’m looking for another ideally female working professional who is tidy, considerate and easygoing. It would be lovely to have someone who’s happy to chat from time to time or occasionally share a meal, but who also values giving each other space.

The flat is free from early May; there’s some flexibility around the date, as my current flatmate is moving out.

Bills are paid separately and amount to around £150- £180 per month (council tax, water, electricity, broadband).
