I’m looking for someone to take over my cosy small double room in a lovely third-floor flat just a 5/7-minute walk from Finsbury Park station.

📍 Location

The flat is perfectly positioned between Finsbury Park and Clissold Park, and just a short stroll to the cafés, shops and restaurants on Blackstock Road and Stroud Green Road. Stoke Newington is also nearby. It’s a quiet residential street, but super well connected (Picadilly & Victoria lines and National Rail at FP Station). The building also has a lift.

🛏 The Room
* Small double (cosy but comfortable!)
* Furnished (bed and wardrobe).
* £830 per month
* Bills are £106 per month (includes council tax, water, gas/electricity and WiFi)
* Security Deposit - £1,000


📅 Availability

Available from 16 April – 15 July (3 months initially) as my two current housemates are planning to move at that time.
However, there’s definitely scope to stay longer if you’d like to help find two new people to join the tenancy from mid-July onwards.

🏡 The Flat

Third floor in a well-kept block (with lift). The area is quiet and safe, but you’re close to everything you need.

👯‍♀️ The Housemates

You’d be living with two women (27 & 28), a civil servant and a solutions engineer. They’re friendly, easygoing and sociable — the kind of people who enjoy spending time together (chilling in the evenings, cooking together, Friday morning trips to Fink’s before work), but also have their own separate lives and routines.

No pets. One vegetarian.

We’re looking for someone who wants a home rather than just a room -
more “friend in the flat” than stranger vibes.
