Double room in Finsbury Park (Mon-Fri)

Lovely double room on the first floor of a terraced house located on a quiet street in Finsbury Park.

THE ROOM:
The room is a furnished double room including a double bed, built-in double wardrobe, shelving unit, bedside table and optional desk/computer table and chair. The bed can be positioned in two different arrangements (see photos). The room is quiet and private with a view into our rear garden.

SHARED FACILITIES:
The room is on the first floor of a 3 bedroom terraced house and has shared use of the main bathroom, kitchen / diner, spacious living room and rear & front gardens.

You will sharing with me, my partner, our lodger and a very friendly medium-sized dog. We work from home a few days a week and in an office the rest.

THE LOCATION:
The property is located in the heart of Finsbury Park and has excellent transport links and easy access to local amenities. Finsbury Park Station (Victoria & Piccadilly Lines & National Rail) and bus station is around 5-6 minutes’ walk from the house.

The Finsbury Park/Stroud Green area has a wide range of local amenities including specialist shops, supermarkets, cafes, restaurants, pubs, bars, gyms, cinema, theatre and local parks (etc.).

AVAILABILITY / DETAILS:
The room is available Monday to Thursday nights only. All bills are included.
