Double en suite room in Finsbury park. 766pcm

Hello! I’m looking for someone to take over my room in Finsbury Park from end of March.

The room is great – a big, bright double that even comes with its own en suite (shower, sink, toilet).

Lots of furniture included: the bed and mattress, bedside drawers, a large chest of drawers, and a neat little stool. I’ll probably also be leaving my mirror unit, door hooks, and bathroom shelves, if you like. There are also two massive built in wardrobes.

The shared space is big and contains the kitchen, dining and lounge area, getting loads of light and more than spacious enough for three flatmates.

It comes with the dining table and chairs, sofa and TV. The kitchen has everything you’d expect (including a dishwasher) and all in good nick, plus cupboard space to spare. There’s also lots of room in the hallway, and a shared utility cupboard. There’s even a communal garden, shared with all the lovely people in the building.

The location is amazing - right in the heart of Stroud Green. It's moments off the iconic Stroud Green road, which is home to (in my view) some of London's best pubs and restaurants. There's also loads of green spaces - Finsbury Park and the Parkland Walk in striking distance.

Transport links are also great. The flat is about a 10 minute walk to Finsbury Park station, and maybe 3 minutes from Crouch Hill station for the overgrounders.

You will be moving in with Kayla and Josh (a couple), who have been a dream to live with over the past year. It’s a very big flat for 3, so you’ll never feel on top of each other or anything like that.

£766 pcm before bills, which come to around £150 each. Very decent for the area
