We’re looking for a friendly, tidy housemate to join our second-floor flat just 3 minutes’ walk from Crouch Hill station and 10 minutes from Finsbury Park station (Victoria, Piccadilly & National Rail – super well connected).

🏡 The Flat
It’s a bright, open and spacious two-bed flat with:
• Two balconies
• A large kitchen and living area (great for cooking and relaxing)
• Lots of natural light throughout
• Fully equipped kitchen with everything you’d need

All bills are included in the rent.

🛏 The Room
A really nice, spacious double bedroom with a big window and plenty of natural light. Comfortable, clean, and ready to move into.

👋 About the Flatmate
You’ll be sharing with a 31-year-old financial advisor (young professional). Easygoing, sociable but respectful of space. Always up for cooking together or having a chat, but equally no pressure — everyone has their own rhythm.

🍳 House Vibe
Relaxed, friendly, and clean. You’ll have full access to all shared amenities, kitchen equipment, and yes — shared condiments in the cupboards too. It’s a home, not just a rental.
