We’re looking for a lovely female housemate to join our friendly home in Haringey from end of March/1st April at the latest.

The Room:
A big, bright double bedroom on the top floor of spacious house. It comes fully furnished with a double bed, wardrobe, desk and chest of drawers - perfect if you work from home or just like having plenty of space. The house itself is large, so you really don’t feel on top of each other.

The House:
Huge living room with Smart TV (great for movie nights!)
Separate dining room
Big kitchen (currently being redecorated this week)
Separate laundry room (which is a huge plus)
2.5 bathrooms (main bathroom currently being updated)
Massive garden - ideal for summer evenings
We like to keep the place clean and feeling fresh

We each take care of one portion of the bills and then divide between ourselves through the settlement up app. You’d be taking care of the gas and electricity bill. Bills come to around £80-£120 dependent on time of year.

You’d be signing onto the contract which runs from April to April but the landlord is easy going and if you need to leave before then for any reason, you’d just find someone to replace you. The landlord is investing in the house, with bathroom updates and kitchen redecoration happening right now, so it’ll feel even newer and brighter.

The Housemates:
You’ll be living with 4 others - 2 girls and 2 guys. We all get along really well and have busy work schedules but enjoy a good kitchen chat, the occasional movie evening and a pub trip now and then. It’s a very easy-going, respectful house where everyone values their own space but is up for being social too.

I’ve absolutely loved living here, but I’m moving closer to work - otherwise I’d be staying!
