Entire flat (780 sq ft) for 3 month let

Hello! I’m looking to rent out my flat whilst abroad for just under 3 months (4th April to 27th June).

The flat is spacious and fully furnished on a peaceful, tree-lined road in Finsbury Park with plenty of cafes and restaurants nearby.

Occupying the first floor of a converted house the flat benefits from high ceilings and an abundance of natural light. There is a large lounge/dining room, a separate newly fitted and well-equipped kitchen, two double bedrooms (see note), walk-in wardrobe and a full bathroom. You’ll also have access to a large shared garden.

The second bedroom also benefits from a desk with a monitor which overlooks the shared garden, making it perfect for working from home.

In terms of location it’s well connected:
Finsbury Park station 8 min walk
Arsenal tube 15 min walk
Highbury & Islington station 30 min walk/15 min bus

A few things to note:
- Whilst the flat is a 2 bed I’ll move the contents of my bedroom into the spare room so this is only suitable for an individual/couple looking for a single bedroom. However, you’ll still be able to use the desk in the spare room for working from home
- The price includes council tax and internet, excludes gas/elec/water, which would be based on the smart meter readings (usually about £100 a month)
- Access is via a staircase (no lift)
