Bright, spacious room with double bed available now in Finsbury Park!

My flatmate is unfortunately moving out and looking for someone to take her room!

You'll be sharing with myself, Alex, 29, Content Manager working in Tech. I’m looking for someone tidy, respectful, sociable, and easygoing. Enjoy nights out and heading to the pub, but more than happy doing my own my thing and would like someone similar.

The room comes furnished with a double bed, wardrobe, bookshelf, and plenty of room for storage, too.

We've also got a shared living room/kitchen with a sofa, TV, plenty of natural light and all the appliances you would need (inc. a dishwasher.) Also, have a small outside area that's great in the summer.

The flat is just a 7-minute walk from Finsbury Park Station with access to the Victoria/Piccadilly line, and National Rail. Also, a stones throw from some world class pubs, cafes, and bars, including the Faltering Fullback just round the corner.

Rent is £1200 per month, excluding bills, which are around £120 each. Heating is included with rent! The flat is council tax band C.

The deposit is £1000, and the room is available from 4th April.

Please note: Pictures of bedroom may look a bit different due to how my current flatmate has decorated it. But, all furniture is included.
