Double room in Finsbury Park town house

I’m moving out to live with friends which means my room is up for grabs. It’s a genuinely great spot.

The house is technically 8 bedrooms but it doesn’t feel like it. There are two separate floors with their own kitchens and bathrooms, and in 6 months I’ve barely crossed paths with anyone upstairs. It feels way more like living in a normal house than some chaotic HMO situation.

Location is good. You’re a few minutes from both Finsbury Park and Arsenal tube, 5 mins walk to the park itself, and right off Blackstock Road which has loads of decent cafes and restaurants. There’s also three gyms nearby - Gymbox, PureGym and Fitness First - if that’s your thing. It’s next door to the Plimsoll pub which does the best burger in London, make of that what you will.

Bills are all included and taken monthly, and there’s a fortnightly cleaner thrown in too. Landlord is really responsive which honestly makes a massive difference.
