Large double room in Finsbury Park

Hey everyone! We have a room going in our lovely Finsbury Park home, available from 9 April (flexible move in date leading up to 9 May).

Location: Quiet residential street between Finsbury and Clissold Parks. 10 minute walk to Finsbury Park station, well connected with Victoria line, Piccadilly line, national rail and buses.

Bills are normally between £60 and £100 (much more at lower end during summer)

The room: Bright furnished room, very sunny and has a large window. Plenty of space, and because the other bedrooms have ensuites, you basically have the main bathroom as your ensuite (shower/bath/toilet) because the others don't use it often.

The house: The flat is in a house of four flats, we are at the top of one flight of stairs. There’s a balcony, large open plan kitchen and lounge, and two other bedrooms.

The flatmates: 1 single and a couple

Jenni: 29y, works in policy as a civil servant. Loves a pub quiz, the theatre, exploring the city and getting out and about in the sun.

Grace and Sam, 31y: Work in HR and in property management, love seeing what London has to offer, Grace is a fab knitter and you can usually find her crafting something beautiful!

We’re all fairly busy but love catching up when we can, when we’re all home in the evenings there’s usually a debrief of the day/watching something on the tv. We like the odd pub/footy outing together, and want to keep the flat social and easygoing so would love to find someone looking to be actively involved in a fun friendly flat!

We're holding viewings on 6 and 7 April - move in date could be as early as 9 April, but this is flexible. Latest possible move in day would be 9 May.
