This room has a very comfortable double bed (memory foam mattress), a small couch, and a desk with a widescreen monitor).
The property has been designed to the very highest of specifications and is virtually brand new in every respect. It is also very safe and secure, benefitting from a 24 hour security and concierge service. The pièce de résistance is the very large, private roof terrace which provides an incredibly tranquil atmosphere, a world away from the bustling streets below. It is the perfect spot to relax in the sun or to host a gathering with friends.
This is a 3-bed flat, and the other two flat mates are two very laid back and sociable professionals (Doctor and post-doc researcher) and are both very clean and respectful. We are looking for a flatmate who shares our values.
Council tax and bills are not included in the rent and currently work out at ~£200 per person each month.
The room is available immediately and ideally for somebody looking to move in asap. I'm travelling for a few months, so looking for someone to take the room for 1-2 months.
